Members of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. volunteer to operate, manage, and support the program by participating in weekly classroom activities and bi-weekly training sessions at the Fraternity's Community Center. Each year the program enrolls at-risk students ranging in age from eight-fourteen. The children join the program in the third or fourth grade and remain members until graduation from High School. Members of the Fraternity monitor the student's academic performance, promote community involvement, and oversee leadership development.
